Purpose, acceptance and amendments
This legal notice (hereinafter, the “Legal Notice”) governs access to and use of the Website. Anyone accessing the Website becomes a user (hereinafter, the “User”) and accepts this Legal Notice in the version published at the time of access. If the User disagrees with its contents, they must refrain from using the Website.
L’Events may amend this Legal Notice at any time, as well as the Website’s content, services, presentation and configuration. Amendments will take effect upon publication, and the User is therefore advised to review this Legal Notice periodically.
Accessing the Website does not, in itself, establish a business relationship with L’Events. The provision of its services will be governed by the accepted quotation and any contract entered into with each client.
The owner of this Website does not necessarily share the opinions expressed by its contributors.

Conditions of access and use
Access to the Website is open and free of charge, without prejudice to any connection costs payable by the User. Submitting enquiries through the contact form requires the provision of certain personal data.
The User guarantees that the information they provide to L’Events is accurate and up to date. They will be solely responsible for any false or inaccurate statements they make and for any harm these may cause.
The User undertakes to use the Website in accordance with the law, good faith, public policy, customary business practices and this Legal Notice. In particular, they undertake not to:
Disseminate content that is unlawful, violent, discriminatory, offensive or contrary to public policy.
Introduce viruses or other malicious code, or perform actions that could damage, interrupt or overload the systems of the Website or third parties.
Attempt to access restricted areas of the systems of L’Events or third parties, or extract information from them.

The Website’s content (texts, graphic design, logos, icons, source code, and their selection and arrangement) belongs to L’Events or third parties who have authorised its use. Access to this content does not transfer any rights to exploit it to the User.
Event photographs and videos may be the work of external photographers and creators. L’Events publishes them with their authorisation and, where appropriate, credits their authorship.
The trading name L’Events, its logos and other distinctive signs belong to LEVENTS PLANNING STUDIO, S.L. Third-party trademarks and trading names appearing on the Website, such as those of venues or suppliers, belong to their respective owners. Their mention does not imply any relationship, sponsorship or endorsement unless expressly stated.
The User may view the content and make private copies for personal use, provided that they do not transfer it to third parties or exploit it in any way. Any other reproduction, distribution, communication to the public, making available to the public or adaptation of the content, even with attribution to the source, is prohibited without the prior written authorisation of the rights holder.

Images of individuals
Event photographs featuring identifiable individuals are published in accordance with L’Events’ Privacy Policy and with the appropriate authorisations. Where minors appear, authorisation is obtained from their parents or legal representatives.
Anyone appearing on the Website may request the removal of their image by writing to hola@levents.es.

The Website may include links to third-party websites and to L’Events’ social media profiles. These links are provided solely for information and do not imply any relationship, suggestion or recommendation. L’Events does not control those websites and does not guarantee their content or operation. Social media profiles are also governed by the terms of each platform.
In accordance with Article 17 of the LSSI-CE, L’Events will only be liable for content to which it links when it has actual knowledge of its unlawful nature and fails to act diligently to remove or disable the link.
Anyone wishing to link to the Website must not imply a relationship with L’Events that does not exist, or include the link on pages containing unlawful content or content that harms its reputation. L’Events may request the removal of any link that breaches these conditions.

The Website’s content is provided for information purposes. Descriptions of services, examples of events and, where applicable, indicative prices do not constitute a binding offer.
L’Events endeavours to ensure that the Website functions correctly and adopts reasonable security measures, but does not guarantee its continuous availability or the absence of errors. To the extent permitted by law, L’Events will not be liable for loss or damage arising from:
Interruptions, technical failures or disconnections of the Website beyond its control.
Viruses or other harmful elements, where reasonable security measures have been adopted.
Use of the Website by the User in breach of the law or this Legal Notice.

Anyone who considers that content on the Website, or on a page linked from it, is unlawful may report it to hola@levents.es. The communication must identify the sender, the content concerned and the alleged infringement. L’Events will review it and act diligently.

Applicable law and jurisdiction
This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law.
If the User is a consumer, the courts of their place of residence will have jurisdiction, in accordance with applicable law. In all other cases, the parties expressly submit to the courts of the city of Madrid, waiving any other jurisdiction to which they may otherwise be entitled.

This Legal Notice is drawn up in Spanish. If a version is published in another language, the Spanish version will prevail in the event of any discrepancy.
